Core Services
Moves, Adds & Changes (MACs) encompass the management and physical movement of any IT asset, its connectivity and associated user equipment, from one location to another.
 
Break/Fix Services ensures that the entire cabling infrastructure remains operating at its optimal performance following installation and includes fault queue management, fault investigation, root cause analysis and fixes.
