Our development programme includes major investment in the BICSI Registered Communications Distribution Designers (RCDD) - the highest accolade achievable within the networking industry – as well as a structured schedule of intensive in-house training courses. On the Managed Services side of the business all our staff undergo ITIL training as well as training in soft skills such a customer services.
