LMG nears completion of a major Cisco VoIP migration |
| At the beginning of Q2 2008, LMG was awarded a prestigious migration project from a major city financial institution to project manage the migration of their entire voice network of 6,000+ lines from their existing Ericsson MD110 to a Cisco Call Manager based solution. Since then, LMG has successfully managed the entire migration including hardware installation, programming and user training. Volumes reaching 300 extensions per weekend on top of the normal moves and change volumes have meant the service delivery team have consistently delivered an average of 600 moves every weekend!. As the project draws successfully to a close it lays a lasting testament to LMG’s customer oriented project management skills and commitment to delivering success every time. | |
