  All Line Management Group activities will be known as LMG

Q What are the benefits of these changes to our company?
A The goal of the change is to simplify and clarify – we strive to be a flexible company that is easy to work with. By helping to simplify our offers, our organisation and to develop new solutions with your needs in mind, we hope to deliver increased value to all aspects of our service delivery that result in cost savings and increased productivity to you.
   
Q How will the changes affect my company’s relationship with LMG and the services provided?
A Nothing will change in the way you contract and are serviced by LMG – we will make sure that we continue to deliver the same high level of service excellence with no disruption in service performance during the changes.
   
Q Will your contact details be changing i.e. address, email, web site, etc.?
A No, all of our contact details will remain as before apart from the migration of 2iServices.com email addresses to LineManagement.co.uk (i.e. terry.riches@linemangement.co.uk will be the standard email address for all LMG employees)
   
Q Why has the 2i mark remained on your applications?
A The impact that the acquisition of 2i Services has had on our business was just as we anticipated. We feel that the 2i Services philosophy that introduced a structured and best practice approach to our service delivery and application development warrants keeping the 2i mark.
